Investment Banking & Valuation Summer Internship Program Overview

Welcome to Heritage’s Summer 2025 Investment Banking and Valuation Internship Program! We’re excited to offer this dynamic, hands-on opportunity for students who are passionate about finance, mergers and acquisitions, and business valuation. Our program is designed to provide interns with practical experience by working directly with our seasoned team on live deals, offering valuable insights into each part of the deal process. The program also includes ongoing training sessions to help interns develop essential finance, technical, and strategic thinking skills, as well as training on various business and finance platforms.

Who We’re Looking For

We seek self-motivated individuals with a strong foundation in finance, accounting, or economics who thrive in a collaborative environment. Ideal candidates are juniors or seniors pursuing relevant majors and are intellectually curious and eager to learn.

Process / Timeline

  • January 10, 2024: Application portal closes
  • Late January to Early February: Video interviews with 1-2 members of the Heritage team
  • Late February: Offers extended
