Ron Salateo is a Principal at Heritage Capital Group, advising healthcare and technology companies, founder-owners, and private equity firms on complex transactions, investments, and ownership transition decisions.
Ron brings more than 15 years of experience advising middle-market healthcare and financial services companies on sell-side and buy-side M&A, growth capital, and strategic partnerships. He has advised on over 70 transactions across provider services, payer services, and healthcare technology.
Prior to joining Heritage, Ron held senior corporate development roles at Florida Blue, Black Knight, and Fidelity Information Services (FIS), where he evaluated, executed, and integrated strategic acquisitions and partnerships. He began his career in management consulting at Booz & Company, advising global organizations on M&A, growth strategy, and operational improvement.
Ron holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of São Paulo. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) North Florida Chapter and as Chairman of the Adult Leadership Committee for one of North Florida’s largest Boy Scouts of America troops.
