Eric has held senior leadership roles in both private and public companies across telecommunications, media, technology, construction, and service-oriented industries. His experience includes leading revenue and commercial strategy initiatives, scaling sales and business development organizations, shaping go-to-market strategies, and supporting new-market entry and expansion.
Throughout his career, Eric has worked closely with private equity leadership teams, providing financial analysis, growth planning, acquisition integration support, and strategic guidance. He brings a practical operator’s mindset to complex business challenges, combining strategic insight with hands-on execution.
Eric founded and served as president of the Predictive Growth Institute, where he advised organizations on sales, marketing, and growth strategy. He has also served as acting president for multiple investment-backed companies, leading leadership transitions, commercialization efforts, and operational oversight across North America and Europe.
Eric holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication from Emerson College, where he also played baseball. His work emphasizes clear strategic thinking, accountable leadership, and strong execution, with a focus on building resilient businesses and long-term enterprise value.
