Before joining Heritage, Chad held senior positions at several prominent institutions, including NCR Corporation, Nucor, a Nucor-JFE Steel joint venture in Mexico, American Consolidated Industries, and Westwater Resources, where he demonstrated his ability to lead complex transactions and provide strategic insights. His accomplishments include successfully managing high-profile mergers and acquisitions, advising clients on financial restructuring, and developing innovative investment strategies. Chad graduated from Wright State University with a Bachelor of Business Science, majoring in accounting and finance. He obtained his MBA, with an emphasis on operations management, from Morehead State University. Chad’s comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and his commitment to delivering exceptional client service will enhance the firm’s capabilities and strengthen its market position.
