Heritage Capital Group is pleased to announce that its client, Florida Roads Materials, has been acquired by Smyrna Ready Mix Concrete. Florida Roads Materials is a supplier of ready-mix concrete for development projects serving the northeast Florida market. With plant locations in Jacksonville and Green Cove Springs, the company was named as one of the Top 50 Fastest Growing Businesses in 2016.

Serving the concrete industry for nearly two decades, Smyrna Ready Mix Concrete was founded in 1999 in Nashville, Tennessee. The company now has locations in Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, and Tennessee.
