Bill Sorenson has been appointed to the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) National Advisory Council. Bill is a principal with Heritage Capital Group, a Jacksonville-based investment banking firm. His primary focus is conducting strategic planning, valuation, and value enhancement analysis for a variety of clients in a broad spectrum of industries, including manufacturing, technology, logistics and distribution, business services and healthcare. Bill is an expert in Lean management and has facilitated over 125 Lean-based value enhancement projects resulting in improvements for his clients’ processes for marketing and sales, operations, manufacturing, project management, cash flow management, and internal support.
In August, Bill was a keynote speaker at the 2015 National Women’s Business Conference – hosted by NAWBO in San Antonio, Texas. His presentation, “How to Increase the Value of Your Business in 30 Days” was well-received.
