Heritage is pleased to announce the appointment of Ryan Waters as the new Chief Operations Officer (COO). In this pivotal role, Ryan will be responsible for spearheading the firm’s operational strategy, driving efficiency, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
With over 25 years of experience in clinical operations, business development, supply chain oversight, and program management, Ryan brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to Heritage. As COO, Ryan will be instrumental in implementing robust operational frameworks, optimizing processes, and developing innovative solutions to enhance the firm’s overall performance.
Ryan joins Heritage from Pulse Clinical Alliance, where he held the position of Vice President of Operations, overseeing operational activities for all local, state, and federal government programs, projects, and personnel. His extensive experience in optimizing operations, managing risk, and leveraging human resources will be invaluable as Heritage continues to evolve in a dynamic and competitive market. Ryan holds a BS in biology from the University of Wisconsin and is an MBA candidate at Southern New Hampshire University. His leadership skills, strategic acumen, and focus on operational excellence make him a valuable addition to Heritage’s executive team.
