Douglas M. "Doug" Kravet joined Heritage Capital Group in 1996, and focuses on merger and acquisition transactions and conducting valuation, strategic planning, and value enhancement projects for clients.

Mr. Kravet has led and coordinated the due diligence for dozens of merger and acquisition transactions. His experience spans a wide range of industries including distribution, logistics, business services, medical services, technology, manufacturing, and financial services.

During his tenure with Heritage Capital Group, Mr. Kravet also has completed more than 200 valuations of closely held companies for a variety of purposes including: mergers and acquisitions, federal estate and gift tax reporting, financial statement reporting, shareholder disputes, and employee stock ownership plans. These valuations have ranged from start-up companies to businesses generating more than $1 billion per year in revenues. Mr. Kravet also is experienced in the determination of the value of various other financial securities including debt instruments, preferred stock, convertible securities, warrants, and options.

Mr. Kravet received his B.B.A. and M.B.A. from the University of North Florida and also has Series 7 and Series 79 securities licenses.
