Y. C. Liu
Principal
Y. C. Liu joined Heritage Capital Group as a Principal in June, 2005. She serves as the Principal for Heritage’s China corporate development services. Ms. Liu evaluates and assists companies in China seeking private and public investment sources in the United States. Her focus is primarily concentrated on cross-border financings, mergers and acquisitions, manufacturing outsourcing, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. She has over 20 years of financial, auditing, and investment banking experience in both the U.S. and abroad.
Prior to joining Heritage, Ms. Liu served as a Securities and Investment Advisor for Allstate Financial Services, LLC in Knoxville, Tennessee. She advised both businesses and individuals on a variety of financial instruments.
Ms. Liu gained significant financial and advisory experience as a Securities Product Manager for Thomas F. White & Co., a national securities firm with over 90 offices nationwide. In addition to managing the Financial Products Department, she developed and implemented an annual business plan to cover training, sales customer development and budget of this division.
Before moving to the U.S., Ms. Liu served for four years as an internal auditor for the Ministry of Agriculture in China, and developed an extensive contact base and excellent references within the Chinese government and the private sector.
Ms. Liu received her Bachelor of Science in Finance from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics in 1985.
